Webformer designs and builds a custom website for your business based on the information, photos, and preferences you provide. We start with a free mockup. Nothing is charged until you have seen and approved it.
The initial mockup is free to view with no commitment. You can request changes before deciding whether to move forward, and you are never charged automatically.
Every paid package includes 2 free rounds of revisions after payment. Additional changes beyond that are still welcome. We will agree on any added cost with you before starting that work, never after.
Package prices on the site are ranges. The exact price for your project is confirmed with you in writing before you pay.
From time to time we run promotions, such as a seasonal discount. A promotion applies to requests submitted during the promotion period shown on the site (for example, requests submitted by October 31, 2026 for the Halloween deal). The discounted price is confirmed in writing and stays valid for that request even if the work finishes after the promotion ends. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
Packages are billed as a one-time fee, processed securely through Stripe. Webformer never receives or stores your card details directly.
The payment methods shown at checkout may include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, Affirm, Cash App Pay and stablecoin (USDC). Which ones you see depends on your location and the amount.
Optional continued hosting (if offered) is separate and always disclosed as such. Nothing recurring is charged without your explicit agreement.
Once you pay, you receive the actual website files (HTML/CSS) by email in a ZIP archive. Those files are genuinely yours. You can host them anywhere, such as Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages or any other host, with or without Webformer's continued involvement. Keeping your site on Webformer's hosting afterward is a convenience, not a requirement.
If your site stays hosted at a webformer.org address, it is provided as a courtesy without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Because you hold your own copy of the files, you are never locked in and can move hosting at any time.
Some sites include features that run on our servers, such as online booking, a contact form, customer reviews, an owner page, and visitor counts. For those features:
Any photos, logos or text you provide must be yours to use, or appropriately licensed. Where no photo is provided, placeholder images may be used temporarily. These may be stock photos or AI-generated images, and you can replace them with your own.
We use AI tools to help write and design your site. You review the result before anything is published. By default, finished sites are not publicly featured. We only showcase completed work with your separate, explicit permission.
If your site lets visitors leave reviews or photos, those are shown according to the settings on your owner page. You are responsible for moderating them. Visitors who add a photo should have the right to share it. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.
Webformer builds and delivers a website. We do not guarantee specific outcomes like search ranking, traffic or sales. Those depend on many factors outside our control.
Because you approve a free mockup before any payment is made, payments are generally treated as final once the completed site and files are delivered. If something goes wrong on our end, reach out. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Pay-later and crypto payments may follow the rules of those providers.
The service is provided as is. Webformer is not liable for indirect damages, for outages or errors of third-party services (such as Stripe, Klarna, email, hosting or AI providers), or for issues arising from content you supplied.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
